Mr. Bellgardt

Mr. Bellgardt was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  He attended Oklahoma City University and Southern Nazarene University and graduated with degrees in Music Performance and Music Education.  He will receive his Master's Degree in Music Education/Instrumental Conducting in May of 2024.  He began his teaching career in Abilene, Texas where he taught at Abilene Cooper High School, Jefferson Middle School and Madison Middle School.  He then moved to Lubbock, Texas where he taught at Lubbock Estacado High School and Sudan ISD.  After teaching at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Iowa for a year, Mr. Bellgardt returned to Texas and taught one year at Carlisle ISD before finally landing at Mount Enterprise, where he is beginning his 12th year.


When Mr. Bellgardt is not teaching, he enjoys spending time with his wife Tamey, and children, Chloe and Harry.   He loves to travel, especially by boat and enjoys playing cards and backgammon.  He considers himself a better than average Fantasy Football player and is a life long Dallas Cowboys fan.  

Ms. Liu

Ms. Liu was born and raised in Shanghai, China. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in instrumental music education at East China University and her Master’s degree in horn performance at University of Memphis.
Before moving to Texas, Ms. Liu taught K-12 music, band and choir at Hatton Eielson Public School. In addition to teaching at Hatton Eielson School, she was the horn instructor at the University of North Dakota and performs in the Dakota Brass.
As a freelance musician, Ms. Liu has performed with Memphis Repertory Orchestra, Arkansas Symphony, Memphis Occasional Orchestra, Germantown Symphony Orchestra, Waynesboro Symphony Orchestra, Shenandoah Wind Ensemble, Shanghai City Symphony orchestra, Bemidji Symphony Orchestra, Greater Grand Forks Orchestra, and Dallas Asian Winds.
During her free time, Ms. Liu enjoys spending time with her husband, Cody and daughters, Amelia and Zola. Ms. Liu likes kayaking in the lake, she loves traveling, learning about different cultures and trying new food.
